Website hosting
Our website is served through Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. When you visit, technically necessary connection data is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the time and requested URL, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the previously visited page, to the extent that your browser transmits this information.
This processing serves to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable web presence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may also process data outside the EU. Cloudflare provides information about processing, retention periods and international data transfer mechanisms in its privacy policy and its data processing agreement.
Cookies, fonts and embedded content
The website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use analytics tools. We do not use forms, user accounts or embedded Telegram widgets. Images and stylesheets are loaded from our own website. The font is selected from the system fonts available on your device; no fonts are fetched from Google.
External links and Telegram
Our website links to event listings, partner websites, Wikipedia and Telegram. No content from these services is embedded. A connection to the respective service is only established when you follow a link. The respective provider is responsible for its data processing. For Telegram, further information is available in the Telegram privacy policy. Event participation and registration take place on a separate website with its own privacy information.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or through one of the listed contact people, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, for an enquiry concerning a contractual relationship, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We retain the information for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to meet statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement has occurred.
